US, Japan, and South Korea To Organise Joint Military Drills On Friday

Japan’s Maritime Self-Defense Force (MSDF) said on Thursday that joint military exercises involving the naval forces of Japan, the United States, and South Korea would take place on Friday.

The operations, which will include anti-submarine maneuvers, will take place in the Sea of Japan, also known as the East Sea in South Korea, according to the MSDF.

Before her maiden visit to the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) between the Koreas, US Vice President Kamala Harris is scheduled to denounce North Korea’s recent missile tests in Seoul on Thursday.
