Travis Scott didn’t love fans enough to protect them, says victim’s attorney.

Travis Scott was more concerned for his own safety than that of his fans, and the tragedy at Astroworld should never have happened … so says a lawyer representing one of the victims.

Lawyer Tony Buzbee, who represents the family of Axel Acosta, tells OkeyNews … all signs point to Travis and the rest of the festival lineup doing everything they can to protect themselves from the crowd, and they aren’t putting enough resources into crowd safety.

Buzbee says Axel traveled from Washington to see the Houston festival and loved Travis, but the feelings clearly weren’t mutual, because the 21-year-old is one of 9 who perished from injuries suffered at the concert.

The way Tony sees it … Travis and other artists are excited when they say they love their fans because if they really did, they would put better security measures in place at the shows. Especially when it’s massive 50,000 fan events like Astroworld was.

While Buzbee says he’s not highlighting Travis from the festival lineup, he also included Duck, check out the clip … he clearly seems to be blaming the headlining feet.

OkeyNews broke the story … Travis promised to cover funeral costs for the families of the people who died at the show and provide mental health services to anyone affected by the events.

Buzbee thinks it’s a hollow offer; He says the Acosta family hasn’t heard a peep from Travis’s camp and doesn’t expect to get money for Axel’s next funeral.

Travis’ camp tells us that they have been “actively exploring connecting routes with each and every family affected by the tragedy through the appropriate links” … adding that the families of the victims can contact them directly too.

Meanwhile, Buzbee is conducting his own investigation and claims that the police requested full riot gear before the doors to Astroworld opened on Friday morning, and at 10 a.m., the police admitted they had no control. … even with 300 additional officers coming in to increase the overall level. number up to 500.

He also tells us what justice looks like for his clients, and if there is anything Travis can do to make it right.
