Shameless dumper caught dumping trash from her Fiat on city street.

Keighley Whyte, 27, was photographed parking on a street near the Bradford area of Manchester before two women got out of the car and littered the side of the road. Whyte then walked away from her, but when the Biffa waste management company, which works on behalf of Manchester City Council, visited the site the next day, they found evidence of the dumped rubbish linking to the young woman.

Then further investigation showed that the Fiat Punto used for dumping rubbish near the Etihad Stadium was registered to Whyte.

He failed to attend an initial court hearing for the offense and a warrant was issued leading to his arrest in June 2020.

But she was eventually arrested and appeared before Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court on Friday.

He was ordered to pay a total of £614 for the offense, reports Manchester Evening News.

Whyte, from Clayton, Manchester, admitted to making innuendos at the hearing.

Manchester City Council, which is a Labor stronghold, has warned residents that tipping “ruins our environment”.

Councilor Rabnawaz Akbar, Executive Member of Manchester City Council Neighbourhoods, said: “This is an environmental crime that makes no sense at any level. Not only is it an unnecessary cost to the council and therefore the taxpayer, but it was also a costly way for this woman to dispose of trash when she could have taken it for free to a local landfill.

“Once again, we want to send a message to anyone who thinks they can get away with ruining our environment, we will not tolerate tipping in the city and will continue to prosecute the courts to show that this behavior is not acceptable in our city. “.
