Kevin Durant Throws a Party at Zero Bond for His Business Partner’s Birthday.
Zero Bond remains the hot spot for New York celebrities now that the lockdown is over.
On Saturday, Brooklyn Nets star Kevin Durant hosted a “Casino”-themed birthday party for his manager and business partner Rich Kleiman at the posh private club NoHo.
Durant’s teammate James Harden, Gayle King, Arianna Huffington, David Blitzer, Saquon Barkley, CC Sabathia, newlyweds Mark Ronson and Grace Gummer, and Meek Mill were some of the famous faces that came out to fête Kleiman on his 45th birthday.
The party started around 9 pm with Durant and Meek Mill serving as emcees. They told us they were “walking through the party promoting everyone on the dance floor.”
“They were relaxing in the DJ booth and taking the mic every now and then to keep the party going,” a source told Page Six.
At one point, Philadelphia hip-hop star and Jay-Z protégé Meek “made … a little DJ takeover,” according to the partygoer.
“A variety of songs were played, but no specific genre. A large part of their music was played, ”said the source.
The guests sang the song “Happy Birthday” while the private club brought out a large cake with the face of Ace Rothstein, the character of Robert De Niro from “Casino”.
“Rich was … happy with all the birthday love,” the source said.
On Monday, Kleiman posted a photo slide with King and Meek Mill on Instagram.
“Aces were high on Saturday night,” he wrote.
