Kanye West He’s up to something in his new house in Malibu, and whatever it is … he wants the man who lives in one of the most unique houses in town to help him.

James Goldstein – who owns the famous Sheats-Goldstein residence in Los Angeles’ Beverly Crest neighborhood – tells OkeyNews that he recently had a face-to-face encounter with Ye … and not only that, but it looks like they’re going to be working together on an architectural project.

That project, they tell us, encompasses some complex plans KW has for his newly purchased mansion along the coast … which he believes Goldstein can advise on, considering his expertise in this field.

If you don’t know … JG’s house is perhaps the most impressive in all of La La Land, due to its mind-blowing construction and elaborate architecture, most of which was done by the late John Lautner, who partnered with James years ago to bring his vision to life.

With that in mind, we were told that James got a call from Kanye last week to see if they could connect and talk about home design, and after sending his own architect to inspect James’s house, he tells us that the man he himself paid a visit on Friday to see it himself.

James says that Ye toured the grounds thoroughly, taking photos and complementing certain features that he found captivating, such as the staircase and the pool, and finally came to clarify what he wanted … that is, for him (James) to come to the Bu and help with your project.

James says that he is interested in James’ experience and perspective, and in fact … accepted his request. Now as to what exactly Kanye is cooking, JG says he actually showed him some elaborate rectangular-based blueprints, but he couldn’t figure it out, so he’ll be stopping by in person soon to talk in more detail. and find out what you have in mind.
