Kanye West clones take over New York City ahead of ‘DONDA’ luxury release.
Kanye west he’s seeing twice as much, and so are the people of New York, apparently, after an army of would-be clones took to the streets … in what appears to be a sneak peek of new music to come.On Saturday night a good dozen or more people were spotted near and around Union Square, and they were all sporting a matching outfit that Ye himself wore a few weeks ago … Gap Round’s black jacket and fur. … colored mask and cap. They weren’t wearing their Balenciaga rain boots, swapping them out for Balenciaga daddy slippers, but there’s no question they were paying homage to the KW look.As for what they did … nothing really. Different videos and photos show them simply wandering around the area, going about their business in unison. Eventually, however, they began parading down the sidewalks together … walking like a large company of Kanye clones, so to speak. No one actually said anything or explained why they were there … in what clearly appears to be a concerted effort of some kind. Some people have a good hunch, however, as to the meaning behind it all, and it may have to do with their album “WHERE”.The fact is that … Ye has been teasing a relaunch lately, with billboards popping up in major cities, touting what may become another listening event, similar to what he held in Atlanta before dropping the long-awaited record. So it certainly seems to be up to something. With all that said, it wouldn’t be out of the scope of the possibility that this clone of ‘Ye’ is a publicity stunt to build buzz for the latest release, which would presumably have brand-new mixes and/or entirely new tracks.IF true … then you must imagine that Kanye was thinking about this in October, when he put on this strange outfit, among others, what would make this a long-planned ploy.
