J&J Divides Into 2 Companies To Divide Medical And Consumer Goods Businesses

Johnson & Johnson announced Friday that it will split into two companies. One for its pharmaceutical and medical device businesses.

Similarly, the other one for its consumer products like Listerine and Neutrogena.
