California lady was missing two months ago: On Tuesday, the remains of a missing California lady driving down a cliff discover. She had been absent for two months.
The body of 22-year-old Jolissa Fuentes, who went missing on August 8. She was found Monday in a ravine along with the woman’s belongings and the smashed car, according to Selma (Calif.) Police Department Chief Rudy Alcaraz spoke to the media at a joint news conference with the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office.
He responded, “We wish we had better news.” I wished Ms. Fuentes could have take it home.
According to Alcaraz, the one-car collision happened close to Pine Flat Lake. A reservoir in the eastern Fresno County Sierra Nevada foothills. Nobody suspected wrongdoing.
Officers had to descend 250 feet down the cliff to locate the vehicle and Fuentes’ corpse because tire tracks revealed where the automobile veered off the road.
The vehicle wreckage and tire traces that helped search crews locate Alcaraz initially saw the automobile.
“At the press conference on Tuesday, Joe Fuentes, the father of Fuentes, stated, “He told me he was going to locate my daughter. So my idol is him.”
The coroner’s office has not formally confirmed the identification of the remains.
Police said in August that Fuentes traveled home overnight to get some possessions while she was at a family event on the evening of August 6.
