Uttar Pradesh: A total of 872 dengue patients have been admitted to government hospitals as of Friday, said Nanak Saran, medical director.
“Of the total accumulated cases reported, 628 patients come from urban areas while the remaining 244 come from rural areas,” Saran told ANI.
He also assured that there is no shortage of platelets in the district’s blood banks.
The Medical Director also reported that no victims have been reported in the district due to dengue.
